This cozy, beach-themed, 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage is located in the Southside section of the award-winning Ocean Lakes community. House Highlights: Large, covered outdoor living area with seating, dining table and SMART tv. Cable & WiFi Living room with leather seating and large SMART tv. Well-equipped kitchen: Coffee maker (Keurig & standard), crockpot, blender, ice maker, pots & pans, tableware, glassware, etc. This unit does not have a dishwasher. Primary bedroom with king bed, adjoining full bathroom (tub/shower combination). Washer/Dryer Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a full-size bed and flat-screen tv. 2nd Full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Outdoor, enclosed shower with hot/cold water. Cornhole boards Game closet Gas grill Items To Note: This rental does include a complimentary, not guaranteed, golf cart for use on Ocean Lakes property ONLY. If, for any reason during your stay, the cart is not available, a replacement will not be supplied. All operators must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. Additional term/rules may apply per the rental agreement. Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival. There is parking for 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies). Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet. Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
