The studio apartment is great for a couple or a single person traveling to Aruba. The location of this Apartment is very close to downtown and also close to the beaches. The apartment includes AC, kitchen, fridge, TV, WIFI, hot water and bed with a shower. It is located at the back of the complex and also has a patio. Roadside parking is guaranteed. Requirement: Read the "additional rules" section as all AIRBNBs have different rules. POOL RENTAL available upon request, Starting at $20 p/p. The space This apartment has its own entrance/complex completely separate from the family home. It's simple but still provide you with the basic comfort needs. The room is air-conditioned and has WIFI inside and in the patio. Basic cable TV, stove, microwave, basic necessities to cook a meal. The measurement of the apartment is 220ft². Guest access The complex has an outside terrace which is a cozy place to enjoy the warmth of Aruba's sun or sit under the light of the stars with your favorite book or person. The gas grill is available upon request for a charge of 15$ per use. This could be used for 2 hours no later than 8pm. This includes setup, cooking utensils, gas and cleaning. Notification has to be given when finished cooking. Other things to note Financial demographics: Aruba is an island which 95% of what we buy is imported, so our purchasing power is very weak (prices are higher). Maintenance/labor is expensive. Most restaurants are expensive except the ones that are outside of the hotel area. Some supermarkets are cheaper than others (please ask for information). Our currency is stronger than most of South America, so it is kind of expensive to visit the island. You can always rely on public transportation but you will miss the budget friendly quality meals. For North Americas/Canada/Europe it is easier as your currency is stronger, but you need to understand that things are expensive here for a reason. Guest that wants to bring babies even though the apartment is not baby proof are doing so on their own risk. Babies are counted as a regular person every human being does use water and babies tend to sleep during the day using the extra electricity. Also water and any of the extra cleaning that comes along.
