Our flat is a space that gives you all the basics with a touch of style. It is a comfortable space for a couple or a solo traveler, it has all the items to make your stay a pleasant experience. Suitable for cooking on site, the space is designed for the rest of our guests, it has a terrace where you will enjoy the sunset. The entertainment area is nearby. Gated parking with security cameras for your peace of mind. The space The space, being a container adapted as a home, offers a space suitable for a couple or a single traveler. It has a full kitchen area, bar and TV area all in one room. The bathroom has hot water. The TV area has a full size futon, which functions as a bed. The bedroom is separated by a half wall to create privacy in the space. The entire flat has air conditioning and 100 MB Wi-Fi, for those who wish to work or for entertainment. The TV is a 55" smart TV The terrace has a hammock, chairs and a small dining room where you can enjoy coffee in the mornings or at sunset. Your car will be safe as the parking parking area is inside the property. There are security cameras in outdoor areas. We offer additional services (laundry, extra cleaning service, gas grill, beach chairs and umbrella. These are at an additional cost to your booking) Guest access The Flat Container is the first unit of the second phase for Casa Aire Project. The property is completely closed. We offer to our guest Self check in, usually send it one day before your arrival date. If the arrival time will be off regular schedule, We can help you taking care of your luggage until the Check in time (3:00 pm) Please contact us ahead of time to coordinate help. Other things to note Sleeping/area - Has 1 king size bed that can sleep 2 people . One sofa bed at living area that can sleep one extra guest. Kitchenette area - Is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals - refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner induction stove, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, eating and cooking utensils, a food bar, beautiful over-head lighting, and the AC unit. Bathroom - Is a little taste of a Spa with its over-sized shower, the elegant sink, soft towels, a water-conserving toilet, and other bath amenities. Extra Services : Laundry services upon request, with a fee for service of 5 usd dlls per 10 kilos load Please contact us ahead of time to coordinate this services. Beach towels we can provide you with beach towels with a deposit of 15 usd per towels . (The deposit is returned 100% if no damage) Barbecue grill You can coordinate to schedule the grill use with a fee of 10 usd (per use),this fee I covers cleaning and gas refill. Close to Central Town - It is less than 15 minutes walking, depending on your stride, to Central Coco and the beach. Along the route to and from town is a large supermarket, a fresh fruit/vegetable stand, and the HomeCenter. And if you choose not to walk, the drive to town by taxi or your own vehicle is less than 5 minutes. Extras - We do encourage our guests to "unplug" as much as possible and embrace the Pura Vida Life during your stay. But those who may be on a "work-cation" or just like to stay connected, WiFi and cable are available.
