My wife and I are an older, jovial, European couple living on the main floor of a cozy home. We rent out the basement for short and longer-term stays. The house is in a safe neighbourhood, located a 5 minute walk to the Hospital, and quick 4 minute drive to all amenities. It is perfect for anyone looking to get situated while working here, especially if at the hospital, or visiting for gaming, fishing and golfing. Tobin Lake is 26 mins away, Evergreen Golf Course is a 5 min drive. The space The space - Available for rent is a large basement suite consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, and a large living space with a fireplace, tv, couch and privacy doors. Access to shared laundry room and fridge. Shared entry into house, but completely private area downstairs. Amenities - Sasktel cable, access to wi-fi, and one outdoor parking space with plug-in. The space also includes a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, hot plate, french press and tea steeper, as well as mugs, glasses, plates and utensils. Number of Guests - This space is perfect for a single person, visiting for gaming, fishing, or working close to hospital. Additional arrangements for 1-2 more guests can be made available, especially for short term stays. Please inquire if you are interested. Also, please inquire about long-term stays. Guest access In warmer months, access to large, peaceful yard and decks can be arranged. BBQ access can be available upon request to responsible users. During your stay Our interaction with guests is limited, but we both love to chat and are available to offer up any help, tips or suggestions on your stay! Other things to note Since this is our family home, all guests are asked to please respect noise levels, and reasonable time-of-day comings and goings. Partying, smoking, and loud noises in the middle of the night are not acceptable.
