Villa in rural Uruguay/ Colonia del Sacramento

Our home is a beautiful rural villa in the Uruguayan campaign, built by Italian immigrants in the early 20th century. Close to white sandy beaches above the fantastic Rio de la Plata LISTING! We are inaugurating a swimming pool and an enramada/quincho to be able to spend the day of the pool with views of the river and its incredible summer sunsets, starting in December 2020 Pool is officially in use and spectacular! The space The property used to be an old winery (bodega) where the original owners did their wine , some of the old vineyards are still there in the neighbouring properties. It was reconverted to a olive oil factory that no longer exists, but you still have in the property 3000 olive trees in full production, you can join us for the harvest in lateMarch, we will pay for your labour!! Or you can just visit and witness the olive harvest!! WE now have a NEW SWIMMING POOL Guest access The whole house Other things to note DURING THE WINTER MONTHS OR WHEN IT'S COLD. The energy in Uruguay is very expensive, the house is heated by gas radiators and wood stoves. THE GAS AND WOOD FOR THE STOVES AND GRILL ARE CHARGED SEPARATELY AND SEPARATELY . The reason is that the guest controls the thermostats in both temperature and time, the firewood.
