The main balcony off the living room and kitchen has double sliding glass doors that disappear into the wall, opening the suite up to full indoor/outdoor living. The large bedroom has 2 queen-size, North American style, pillow-top beds. The suite has new, quiet air conditioning and satellite TV. There is a large spacious living room with a couch and love seat. The toilet and walk-in shower are in separate room. The suite is decorated in a lovely melange of rustic Mexicana and Modernity. Special care was taken to feature handmade artisan furnishings and antiques. Suite 1744 is on the penthouse at the end of the hallway making it one of the most private and quietest in the resort. Three newly updated elevators whisk you to your room or the beach in a jiffy. Sunscape Resort and Spa is a fully gated resort with 24 hour guarded security. Guest access Guests have full access to the suite except the locked cleaning closet. Guests of 1744 have privileges to use most all resort amenities, including the pool, beach, beach towels, pool loungers, beach palapas, and activities such as aquafit and outdoor movie nights. In addition to the suite kitchen, there are many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity for your enjoyment. However, all on-site resort restaurants and bars are all-inclusive ONLY. One of the best features of suite 1744 though is you have the best of both worlds. You can eat in or eat out, or you can decide, on a day-to-day basis, to purchase the optional all-inclusive - which runs from 7 am to 11 pm. This includes unlimited food and drink at the 6 resort restaurants and the many resort bars. All-Inclusive rates are $55/day adults - and runs from 7 am to 11 pm.
