It has hidden treasures you can't find anywhere else.Food, fun and tranquility awaits you at the apartments at Jiron Gardenias, Arica Beach. No pets please. The space While a guest with us you can expect a friendly and clean atmosphere. You will be treated to the comforts and amenities you'd expect at a hotel. The apartment sits in a gated community to ensure your safety and tranquility. Due to the COVID pandemic we are taking extra precautions to ensure your health and safety. All guests will be required to wear a mask when outside of the apartment and must sanitize their hands as they enter the property. Guest access Guest will have full access to the apartment, community pool during pool hours and terrace Other things to note Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are a few additional house rules our guest will need to adhere to. Please read all of the house rules prior to making a reservation. Parties will not be permitted during the COVID pandemic. No outside guests will be permitted. All guests must be listed on the reservation upon booking. Guests will need to confirm that they have not been exposed to the virus in 14 days leading up to their check-in date.
