As soon as you enter your private lanai your stress will melt away. This fully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit will be your family’s favorite place to stay on vacation. Once you enter the condo you are greeted by breathtaking views of the Jetties and Destin Pass. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and bake ware you’d need to whip up a late breakfast or a midnight snack. Next to the kitchen is a large dining table that will accommodate the whole family. The cozy living space offers the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful views, football game on the large flat screen TV, or the couch coverts to a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The Master Bedroom is a quiet retreat that offers a King sized bed and a flat screen TV and windows to enjoy the view. The adjoining Master Bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a King size bed and the guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Another plus of unit 305 is the unit wash machine and dryer, no carrying heavy loads of laundry to the coin laundry. The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the views of the complex pool or the emerald green Destin Waters. Hurry and book your stay in unit 305 today! Located in the small community of Destin Pointe, you have access to a pool onsite and a pool near the Gulf. This ideal place for families has 24-hour security and seasonal tram service that runs from Magnolia House to the Gulf so you don’t have to carry all your beach gear by yourself. Also, you have the best of both worlds with the calm water near the Jetties or the waves from the Gulf. Condo comes with FREE BEACH SERVICE during season includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. Guest access You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. (Some navigation systems use 842 Harbor Blvd.). If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the breezeway. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
