Coconut Grove at Pelican Cove is a beautiful, gated property with over an acre of land that is surrounded by coconuts, iguanas, horses, chickens, almond and noni trees. Wake up feeling refreshed by the cool ocean breezes and the sound of the ocean waves crashing. With the beach only a block away, it is easy to immerse your feet into the white sands and cool waters. We are also within walking distance to several restaurants, including a Blue Flag designation (The Palms). The best part about staying with us, is the food and personal care services we provide. If you are here for business or pleasure, we can prepare your meals for you. Choose from our lovely menu of food choices and we will create meal calendar, so you know what to expect. The food is cooked fresh on location and served on the patio or kitchen table, the choice is yours. They have access to the share patio space and yard. We love to interact with our guest. We can give private tours of the island, suggest places to go, and can even take you there if you want. Our neighborhood is a host of the flag designation The Palms and just down at the hill from Sugar Hill Verterinary, which is rated as the #2 hotel on the island and has a lot of restaurants within walking distance. There is a bus stop that is located just down the street from us and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You have several miles of beach that you can easily walk. One of the best thing about our property is you can play mini golf, bocce ball, soccer, kickball, and etc. You can plan an event, such as a wedding reception, family reunion, employee appreciation, or celebration. We are pet friendly, but there is a non-refundable pet deposit of $200.
