Located 15 meters from the promenade and 5 minutes from Punta del Este lighthouse, which will allow you to enjoy the proximity of the peninsula in a very quiet area. Our apartment is located in a condominium residence, where tranquility prevails, however it is very well located allowing you to reach Gorlero and the port walking in no more than 5 minutes. We are only 20 meters from the English beach and 15 minutes from the emir, 3 blocks from the Disco supermarket. • It is cozy, simple, practical and delicately decorated, has an air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, living-dining room, open kitchen, backyard and a beautiful ocean view. In the living room there is a sofa with a sea bed that allows you to comfortably locate 2 more people. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, microwave, blender, toaster. The apartment has electric heaters and a wood-burning stove. •What we most highlight is the tranquility of the place, its proximity to the boulevard, and the beautiful ocean view. •We recommend breakfast from the living room, which allows you to enjoy the view while listening to the sound of the sea. •When you find us so close to the rambla, you will be tempted to be able to hike, ride bikes and practice outdoor sports on the edge of the sea. Having a backyard allows a safe place to leave bicycles, surfboards, etc. •Highly recommended for couples and/or small families. •In addition, access to public transportation is easy on the peninsula.
