This cozy little townhome is nestled in the trees on lake Windsor. Enjoy all the comforts of home, and a fall, winter and spring views of the lake, with a glimpse through the treetops in the summer. There's a walking trail and tennis court in the complex, and a community center on Rhirdon road. Bella Vista is home to 7 lakes and several golf courses, a beautiful country club, glass church, many walking and bike trails. You'll love the quiet serenity of this beautiful community. The space Warm and inviting, with all the comforts of home. There's a fully stocked kitchen, with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, more spices than just salt and pepper, coffee and tea provided. washer and dryer is on site, all linens, ironing board and iron, extra blankets and plenty of pillows. There's outdoor lighting on the bottom deck for extra ambiance and a charcoal grill out front for grilling. Guest access Please call for instructions. A key will be provided. There are 2 parking spaces out front. Other things to note If you like to eat in, Allen's has some fabulous meat choices and is a great local grocer. Some of our favorite restaurants, in Bella Vista include JJ's, El Publito, Rythym n Q, and the food trucks on I49. In Pineville Haven 55, or Burger Time. In Bentonville, The peddlers pub, The Preachers son, Butcher and pint, Tavola Trattoria, Tusk and trotter and a great little pub, Core brewery. Shopping is always fabulous wherever you travel in NWA, whether it be Bentonville, Roger's, Eureka or Fayetteville. There's plenty of outdoor entertainment such as Razorback football, the Walmart amphitheatre, beaver lake, several walking and bike trails, and beautiful Bella Vista churches. There's community events and festivals year round, always something fun to see or do.
