This luxurious 1 bed/1bath suite is private, secured, and offers a spacious open floorplan with great amenities and essentials that you may need for a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests to enjoy. This amazing suite is suited for anyone who chooses to enjoy the city as they relax in our wonderful luxury king style suite. Blue Haven King Corporate Suite accommodates 4 guests but can sleep up to 5 guests. The beautiful suite is surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and salons within close proximity. Guest access • Guests will have access to the entire apartment suite, so make yourself at home. • Guests will have keyless entry with our remote access smart lock with keypad entry or smartphone app entry. • Guests will be provided with a key fob to freely enter and exit the community, parking garage and access the community amenities. • Guests will have access to a queen size air bed or twin-size roll-away bed upon advance request (at an additional cost). • Guests will have access to our professional cleaning service during your stay at a discounted rate. • Guests will have access to the amenities throughout the community which includes the following: * Resort-style outdoor saltwater swimming pool (Seasonal). * 24-hour state of the art fully equipped fitness center * 24-hour onsite business center * Community Lounge with Cyber Café * Outdoor Grills * Outdoor Courtyard NOTE: The community amenities are opened. Due to COVID-19, we would like to share the additional precautions that we have been recently updated. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the health and safety of our guests and community. ** Our corporate suites are great places to practice Social Distancing.** RESERVATIONS AND BILLING • Please ensure you are booking with your legal name. • Please use the calendar to book your dates. If dates show up as available on the calendar, then they are available. If not, then they are not available. • Pricing is firm and is automatically calculated for you when you set your dates. • Discounts are automatically applied based on the length of your stay. • Airbnb handles all reservation payments and billing, so if you have any billing questions, please contact Airbnb customer service to assist you with your transaction. * Please read these helpful answers to FAQs before submitting your inquiry** DAMAGE DEPOSIT • Suite Connect handles all refundable damage deposits. Damage deposits range from $250 to $1200 depending on the length of stay. • Reservations 60 days or less will require a $250 damage deposit. The damage deposits are collected as an online or cash platform payment. • Your deposit will be refunded in full, by cash platform, subject to an inspection of the property. Typically, you should be reimbursed the same day after your departure if no damages are discovered. • Any damages to apartment furnishing, amenities including towels and linens will be deducted from the damage deposit. • No smoking or drug paraphernalia of any kind (a fine will apply). • No pets without permission (a violation fine will apply) • No parties or events (a violation fine will apply) • Unreturned or damaged, parking pass, key fobs, or key (a fine will apply). COMMUNITY • Community staff (leasing office staff and maintenance) are not affiliated with Luxe One by Suite Connect and are not available to you during your stay. Guests agree to contact us directly should any issues arise. • This community’s quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the corporate suite. • Packages may be shipped to the corporate suites for short-term and long-term stay guests. Guests will receive a notification once the package is received in the package system. • NOTE: Luxe One by Suite Connect will not be responsible for the acceptance, lost, or undelivered packages. • We do not hold luggage after check-out, so please plan accordingly.
