Welcome to our Bainbridge bungalow. There are two, first floor bedrooms. 10 minute drive to Cleve Clinic. Safe area of Cleveland Heights. Two bedrooms on the second floor, Smart TV, high speed Wifi, free parking, and an outdoor porch for morning coffee. Pet friendly, washer/dryer, recliner chair, and hospital amenities available upon request. - 5 min drive to Starbucks, Panera, Target, etc - 10 min drive to Cleve Clinic and UH - 18 min drive to Downtown Cleveland - 25 min drive to airport The space This charming 4 bed, 1 bath is ideal for tourists who want to be close to attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cleveland, or for those who need a place to recover during or after a procedure at Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals. Whole Foods, Starbucks, Panera, Target, Walmart, and more are super close by, along with many other Cleveland attractions. Self check in provided. The living and dining room are semi connected. The dining room is carpeted and the living room shows off its hardwood floors. The couch seats 3 people, and 2 wing back chairs are provided for extra comfort. There's a big TV with Roku hookup and fast WiFi (over 300 mbps)! On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, the other has a twin bed. One of the bedrooms connects to a door that leads out to the porch area for enjoying an evening cocktail or catching up on the news. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo with a detachable shower head, which many hospital patients enjoy using. The second floor is carpeted with two beds (two twin beds). There is plenty of space in the basement for storing items and luggage. The laundry room has a washer and dryer too. Central air too! Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $350 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info. Guest access All areas are yours to use! Other things to note Two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. Laundry facilities in basement (must be able to climb and go down stairs). Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $350 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. For a full house of 4 people, monthly utilities tend to run between $300 to $325 per month. A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONCE YOU CHECK IN. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Laundry facilities are located in the basement - guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ALLOWED IN THIS HOUSE! A few notes about the house... 1. Unless there is more than a 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in ONE DAY, we do not provide snow removal. We do though provide tenants with snow shovels to use incase of snow during your stay. If there is more than a few inches of snow, our crew will be there by their earliest convenience to remove the snow from your driveway and other entryways. We strongly recommend guests to check the weather forecast ahead of time prior to your arrival in case a few inches of snow are set to be in Cleveland. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. Extra blankets provided, but no extra pillows at this time. 3. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
