Come and enjoy the amenities including a Media Room/Movie Theater, Hot Tube, a hockey/pool table fire pit, outdoor kitchen area, grill, outdoor bed, and more. Our 3 bedroom farmhouse features: - Master bedroom: one king bed and one floor memory foam folding mattress. We do have a pack and play available for babies in this bedroom. One full bathroom attached. - Guest bedroom 1: one queen bed and one office desk. - Guest bedroom 2: one queen bed One full bathroom detached upstairs. One half bathroom downstairs. Guest access Unique door code will be assigned for you for your stay. You’ll have access to the whole house including the backyard. Other things to note All bedrooms are located upstairs. We ask you to please review our house rules. Please keep in mind that hot tub temperature might not get warm enough to use it during the winter season due to extreme low weather conditions. Since the hot tube is located outside the water could even freeze during the cold weather.. For this reason, it might even be unavailable if temperatures are dropping below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Grill is available for you to use but we don’t provide the charcoal. Electrical cars cannot be charged in our house since there might be an overcharged. Please note that the property is currently in the process of being sold. Rest assured, this will not affect your stay in any way, nor will it impact your privacy, comfort, or access to the home during your reservation. There will be no showings, inspections, or property visits scheduled during your stay, unless explicitly agreed upon with you in advance.
