Bayview Residence : Private Villa in a 24/7 security gated community with a total of 4 bedrooms, 4,5 bath, game room and private pool with ocean views, 5 minutes from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The villa sleeps 10 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and fully furnished apartment with bed and bathroom. Looking for an amazing holiday in the Caribbean? Our villa is a private home located in the upscale residential area Jan Sofat (a gated community). The villa is build on top of a hill providing you with a constant breeze and a spectacular view over the Caracasbay, Spanish Water and Caribbean Sea. For indoors entertainment there is a 55” LED TV as well as an Apple TV and a DVD player with 5.1 surround and about a zillion DVDs and complementary Netflix and Wifi/ Internet access . Want to escape the heat? Well, there is an airconditioning in EVERY room of the house, including the living room. You won’t find that often in Curacao! The kids will LOVE the game room, it offers a TV, a DVD player with loads of kids movies, as well as books and boardgames The fully stocked kitchen provides all needed for home made dinners including a Chefs Gas Stove. Choose to dine inside or outside and enjoy the romantic evening views as both options are available. There is a powder room for your convience on the first floor as well. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with a Californian king bed and a sleeper sofa. The master bathroom is attached and the room offers a gorgeous view of the boats in the bay as well as the ocean and the city of Willemstad. The second master bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds (so room for 4 guests) and has its own bathroom. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The 4th bedroom can be found downstairs in the apartment. The private apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom as well as a livingroom with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and seating area. All rooms have airconditioning. Please note that the apartment is only used for groups of 9 and 10 guests, or on request for groups who just want more space. The pool level can be reached by the stairs 1 level below the main level and is protected from curious kids by entrance doors if needed. The huge pool deck with natural stone (doesn’t get hot) offers a romantic cabana dining area, a pool lounge set and sunchairs to soak up the sun. At the pool area you will also find the barbeque grill, great for family dinners at the pool! There is a huge deck for the kids to play in their own playhouse with climbers, swings etc. We have kids, we know what they like ;-) Local beaches as Jan Thiel beach are only 5 minutes away. While you can find Mambo Beach within 10 minutes from our home. Pick up and delivery airport service is available. Do you want to get started with the holiday right away? Guest access When rented, the entire villa is all yours, the apartment is only available as an 'add on' for the main villa and will function as a extra bedroom / mother in law suite. And will never be rented out separately. Other things to note Every sunset is special. Overlooking the sea and Spanish water the sky burst open with all kinds of shades from violet to pink and blue. The evenings present themselves as cooler but there is no need to get indoors as it always stays warm, even during the winter. Just let the breeze of the tropic winds cool you off. If you do like to escape the warm weather, EVERY room in the house has Airconditioning!!!
