Ideal for hiking or horseback riding as the street is unpaved. The entire house is rented with exclusive use of its facilities. Large pool and a stream at the bottom of the park. Layout: - Main house: 3 bedrooms with fan and air conditioning (1 en suite), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. - Apartment: 2 bedrooms with fan, 1 bathroom. * Large living room with a fireplace. * Living room with ping-pong table. * Large kitchen-dining room with industrial oven, bottle cooler, two refrigerators with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, cooking utensils. * Large gazebo with barbecue and disco. All spaces have fans and gas heating. We provide pillows and blankets. We do not provide sheets or towels. No more guests than those listed on the reservation are accepted. Visitors are prohibited. We ask that you not bring any pets. No parties. Guest access The spaces and facilities are for the exclusive use of the tenant, the entire house is rented (facilities are not shared). You can enjoy a large wood-burning fireplace, and a barbecue with a gazebo and a plow disc. The house has a large swimming pool for exclusive use and a stream that passes through the house's park. There are also hammocks for children and a sandbox. The house has open roofed spaces to store cars. Other things to note There is a manager (homemade) who lives on the same lot, in a separate house. He is in charge of maintaining the pool and park. On the property, you may come across two dogs that are his and guard the property. We DO NOT provide linen service.
