This is a cozy and comfortable apartment for up to 4 people, with good ventilation and incredible views of the beach in the Barra da Tijuca reserve. It is located in the Barra Sul condominium, next to Pedra de Itaúna, has a leisure area with courts and swimming pool, sauna, etc., and access to the beach by ferry. The condominium is quite safe, family-friendly and in a superb location. At the entrance, you will find a taxi, BRT and bus stop. Pharmacies, bakeries, bars, restaurants, a salon and commercial establishments in general. Other things to note Apto Rules: No parties, barbecue and excessive noises are allowed. Respect the law of silence, no noise after 10 p.m. -To use the pool you need a medical certificate - Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the unit, including balconies and windows. - Only persons who have been authorized by me are allowed to stay in the apto by submitting their documentation and prior booking by airbnb. -If there is any indication that a house rule has been broken, a fine of R$2,000.00 will be applied.
