Insurgentes, the perfect spot to explore Mexico trendiest neighborhoods. You will find local and specialty stores such as organic food, vinyl records, wineries, vintage decor and sights within walking distance. One of liveliest zones with some of the most requested restaurants and nightclubs from the city and easy access to emblematic points such as Chapultepec Castle, Zona Rosa and Downtown. There are 5 apartments, for a maximum of 2 people each, with a beautiful shared rooftop. We have security cameras in the entrances, stairs and common areas. The cameras will be recording throughout your stay. URBANO It´s a very bright apartment on the third floor. This loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Mexico City! A weekly cleaning, with change of sheets and towels, is included in stays longer than 7 days :) Guest access The shared rooftop, one floor up, has sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower and many plants. It´s the perfect space to do yoga, share a wine or smoke a cigar! In your apartment you will find a striped towel for sunbathing . Please, don't lie on the loungers without it. We have automatic lights from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Other things to note The building doesn't have an elevator and from the ground floor up to the rooftop there are 4 floors of stairs Mobility-wise, exactly in front Metrobus' stop Alvaro Obregón (Metrobus spans across Insurgentes, the largest avenue of the city), making it very easy to explore the city. Also Uber is a good, cheap and secure way to move around.
