The house is within walking distance of town (Santa Elena) but secluded enough to give you the contact with nature and the privacy that is looked for when you come to Monteverde. There is a private back yard that provides a bird watching tour in-itself but also with a little luck a chance to see some other wildlife such as White Faced Monkeys, Agoutis, Coatis and others. Also it is a great place to just relax and read a book or enjoy nature.
