Breakfast and parking are not included in the daily rate. It is not classified as a lodging in the Pool Hoteleiro Jurerê Beach Village, since it was not contracted with the same,; b) The exchange of Housing Unit is not allowed, regardless of the reason, as the rental is not classified as lodging in the Jurerê Beach Village Hotel Pool; c) The maximum capacity for Studio category units is 3 (three) guests. d) The rental does not include the provision of any meals or beverages (breakfast, lunch, dinner or minibar items and restaurants). To cover extra consumption at the time of check-in, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card in the amount of R$250.00 per day of stay in the Condominium. e) Only Parking Service Operator employees may manoeuvre vehicles on the Garage floor. The value for the use of the Parking is the responsibility of the renter. f) "Children and Adolescents are accepted as long as they are accompanied or duly authorized by their parents (or one of them), with mandatory identity card or copy of the authenticated birth certificate, provided that the parents are also carrying photo ID. If the child or adolescent is alone or accompanied by third parties, authorization signed by the parents or guardians with a duly registered signature or judicial authorization is required. Child and Adolescent Statute. Law 8069/90. g) Mandatory use of wristbands We reinforce the requirement for guests to identify themselves at the front desk. Wear the wristband visible at the entrance and keep the wristband on when using the common areas, while staying or during your CHECK-IN period. In case of loss or damage, request a new wristband at the front desk. Non-compliance may result in access being prevented or application of administrative measures according to the internal regulations.
