The space The chalet is located in the surroundings of the Serra da Bocaina State Park, with 10,000 m² of preserved Atlantic Forest and bathed by the Perequê-açu River, where we live and have three more chalets for rent. Our eco-friendly chalet aims to preserve the exclusivity, tranquility and privacy of our guests. Offering a unique experience that can be lived with Brazilian culture, music and food. The secret to a happier life lies in the small actions of everyday life - we offer our guests the opportunity to experience the perfect connection with nature, the sound of the wind, the river and the forest. To ensure this tranquility, our chalet does not have a TV or telephone, but we have 800mb fiber optic internet, a comfortable king size bed, a beautiful balcony and other details that will make your visit an unforgettable experience. Guest access You will have private access to the chalet, and the common area where we have a barbecue and tables and chairs. The property also has nature trails, a bird-watching area, a trampoline, and a geodesic dome for children. In addition, the river that runs at the back of the property has relaxing natural pools with exclusive access for our guests. Other things to note Please note that you will be renting only a single, private cottage and not the entire property exclusively. There may be guests in the other two cottages. For pet stays, we add a one-time fee of R$ 100. Pay attention to the rules for hosting pets 1- Only one large pet or two small pets are allowed in the chalet. 2- Guests must bring the pet's crate and food. 3- Pets cannot walk unaccompanied on the property. 4- We also request that pets not be left alone in the chalet whenever possible. 5- Owners should prevent pets from climbing on beds and sofas. 6- Guests are responsible for any damage pets may cause. 7 - We ask that owners keep their pets' vaccination cards up to date.
