Super cozy house! Perfect place to relax 20 minutes from the beautiful village of Penedo, RJ. The chalet is in Serrinha do Alambari, a favorite spot for bird watchers from all over the world and has the most beautiful waterfalls in the region. Private space with freezer, fireplace, hot tub, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue area and the Pirapitinga River that passes along the property with exclusive access! All comfort and good taste to provide you with incredible moments. I'll be happy to welcome you! The space There are two bedroom inside the house, one outside (undernith the entertainment area) and another at the new chalet. There is all comfort you need, freezer, a grill, soccer field, sauna, fireplace and a riverfacingtheproperty. All privately used only by our guests. This is not a condo is a private house. Guest access Around 6 km of super quiet dirt road. The house is about 200 meters before Camping Clube do Brasil in Serrrinha do Alambari (Resende - RJ). Arrival instructions will be sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed. Other things to note It’s important to highlight that there is an additional fee for reservations with more than 2 GUESTS. It is not possible to have guests sleeping in the living room. If the reservation is for 12 people, we have a mezzanine in the guest bedroom that accommodates 2 people, preferably children over 5 years old, as it has a small staircase inside the room that may be a bit tricky for very young children. If the child is under 5, we can place a mattress next to the double bed or set up a crib. If you choose to use the bedroom with the large stone inside, please note that it is located outside the main house, just below the gourmet area. We have also inaugurated a brand-new suite for this room, fully glass-enclosed with a wonderful shower! It’s beautiful and very romantic. We now also offer an additional chalet. Upstairs, it features a game room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, and downstairs there is another double bed, a sofa bed for 1 person, and an excellent bathroom. In this same chalet, we also have a pottery studio in the middle of the forest, where we host wheel-throwing and free-form clay workshops. Ask us about pricing for this amazing experience!
