Main House Casa Darcy Bungalows

A Cozumelian designed 2 storey Casa with King bed, AC/ fans on both levels. Circular stairs lead to a large ensuite washroom with walk in shower and tub. A love seat and beautiful built in closets complete upstairs. A fully equipped kitchen on the main floor opens to the living-dining room and additional 2 piece bathroom. A plunge pool, pond and lush gardens with table/chairs and loungers waits for you outside. A Palapa with seating, fan/ night lights sits above the Pool room across the yard. The space The space is unique because of the seclusion and original design. It is nestled amongst the avocado and orange trees, and shaded by the huge palm trees in the garden. The pond is an added bonus as are the sitting areas and private balconies upstairs off of the master bedroom. There are two other smaller bungalows on the property and both are separate from the Main. Guest access There are 2 upstairs private balconies upstairs outside the master bedroom. On the ground level there is a pool surrounded by gardens. Across the yard and upstairs there is a Palapa with overhead lights and fan for the guests to enjoy. The gardens and pool can be shared by anyone staying at Casa Darcy. Other things to note We are located half a block north of Corpus Christi park in a beautiful area of Cozumel. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the main street and the ocean, and about the same to the main square. Restaurants are also a short walk from our Casa. Our neighbour and friend is a taxi driver who can take you anywhere you'd like to go in Cozumel. His wife is our property manager when we are not on the Island. You can enjoy the privacy of our Casa and not be too far from the draw of the ocean and specialty stores in Cozumel. The rinse sink and the plunge pool with dive step are a great bonus for divers.
