RV Rentals Eclipse Southern Illinois EPICENTER SP3

Guests will have private use of an RV parked on our lot, Adventure Time RV. Because we sell RVs, our inventory is always changing. As such, units pictured may not be the exact floor plan received; however, we GUARANTY the one received at the time of rental will be equal to or better than the unit pictured, CLEAN and fit your reservation. For added assurance, 5 days prior to event, we can send pictures of the exact unit you will stay in. Located in DeSoto IL 5 min N of Carbondale -SIU The space Our business will be closed the 5 days around the eclipse to ensure that guests have privacy and complete use of the lot as a camping area. We are located in the middle of a small town with easy access 2 minute walk (on a side walk) to a gas station (which has great, home-made pizza), post office, and Dollar General and small park with benches. DeSoto, is 5 miles N Carbondale, IL, home of SIU, where NASA will be set up for the big event. We are also a short 10 minute back road drive from Walkers Bluff- where Ozzy Ozbourne will be performing during the Eclipse. Lastly, we are 20 minutes from Makanda, which has been deemed the country's epicenter of the entire 2017 Eclipse. Guest access Each unit will sleep a minimum of 4. If you require a more specific sleeping arrangement, please let us know and we will ensure your reservation accommodates your needs. (4 adults max per unit, 6 total people in any unit) Rental requirements/fees: -$300 per night with a 3 night minimum. -must be 30 years of age or older to rent. -$500 refundable deposit or credit card on file. Other things to note RV GUARANTEED TO BE CLEAN AND EQUAL OR GREATER TO THE ONE PICTURED! 5 days prior to the event, we will email you with pictures of the exact unit you will be staying in. Upon arrival, RV will be plugged in to power and water with AC and refrigerator on. The RV will include: -All clean, fresh, bedding, blankets, pillows, etc for the amount of people in the reservation. -Coffee will be provided each morning. (no coffee pots in RV) -One roll of toilet paper and two packages of camper chemical **All other necessary items for stay will need to be purchased or brought with you. Additional items can be provided upon request. Certain things may be provided at an additional cost. Please inquire prior to reservation.
