This apartment is designed for small families who want to relax in a quiet environment. It is located within a subdivision located 10 minutes from Atlixco's main square (the pools are an external service and their use may not be available) For your convenience, we have an agreement with a restaurant located on the ground floor, where you can order room service or eat in their facilities, accepts card payment. We offer discounts of up to 50% on long stays The space It is a very cozy apartment, and with everything you need to avoid spending a single penny outside. The subdivision is mostly made up of families, so we ask you to maintain a friendly and respectful profile within the subdivision The apartment is on the third floor We have an agreement with the MOMA restaurant where they can bring the service to the room and you can pay for your consumption by card or transfer Guest access To access the apartment, you need to go through a neighboring subdivision to get the key. The pools are for the common use of the subdivision and availability is subject to the subdivision (they are occupied from 1 to 5 in the afternoon, only on Saturdays and Sundays). There are plenty of parking spaces and there is always a place available. There are also spaces for your children to play, on the courts or in the subdivision's playgrounds. Other things to note DISCOUNTS OF MORE THAN 50% ON LONG STAYS There is no check-in and check-out time limit within the subdivision, as you will have an electric gate control if you have a vehicle and a key for pedestrian access to the subdivision entrance gate IMPORTANT NOTE: The Atlixco area, like many areas of the country, has a decrease in drinking water in some seasons and since it is pumped, you cannot have cisterns or rooftop tanks. For this reason, sometimes the water fails (when this happens, it is for some period of the day). In the apartment, you will find a tank for basic needs in case it fails during your stay
