The El Topo Complex is a family-run apartment rental business located in the heart of the La Paloma: Rocha Spa. It currently consists of six individual apartments, a covered barbecue with two grills, a stove area, outdoor living rooms and an outdoor pool. It also has a video surveillance security system and WiFi at no additional cost The space They are studios with a private bathroom, for up to four guests. They are equipped with a small kitchenette, refrigerator or minibar, microwave, stove and some basic cooking utensils. Also smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi at no extra cost. They include a set of sheets for each bed and towels for the pool. Guest access The main avenue is just a few steps away, and the supermarket and service station are 2 blocks away. Parking is on the street, which is always very quiet. Other things to note None of the apartments have room service, nor cleaning during the stay: both bed linens and pool towels are provided only once upon check-in. The smart TV does not have cable connection or air channels, the tenant can enter with their user to available streaming platforms (Netflix, Youtube, others).
