Vacation is calling....head to the Maples on Sproat Lake 15 minutes outside of Port Alberni. Your fully-furnished townhome with 2 bedrooms and 3rd sleeping area awaits. This 24 unit quiet, family oriented community includes access to a 2100 sq ft dock with diving board, picnic tables and pergola for soaking in the sun. The town home includes boat slip if you want to bring one along and a common fire pit for small gatherings . There is a flat beach & small kid play area at the lakeshore. The space Our townhouse is located in "The Maples" a gated 24 unit townhouse complex on the shore of exquisite Sproat Lake . It provides many comforts of a modern new home with all the appliances, hardwood flooring, central air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, full in-suite laundry, patio overlooking the lake with furniture, umbrella and a BBQ. The kitchen is supplied with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, baking and cookie sheets, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven , basic tupperware. The kitchen is also stocked with basic supplies such as spices, saran, and foil. The suite provides a dining table and eating area at the kitchen counter. The family room area offers a 42' flat screen TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime so you can enjoy movie nights with family and friends. Downstairs: Front entrance opens to the lower part of the house. Living room, kitchen, dining room and a full bathroom are included on this floor. Outside a semi-private patio overlooking the lake with dining table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ. Beautiful large share dock with shade, diving board, deck chairs and a slip for your own boat. Upstairs: The stairs lead up to a foyer/tv room in the upper part of the house, where you’ll also find the master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the lake, and a king size bed. The second bedroom has two single over double bunks. The tv room also has a pull out futon with linens if needed. This floor includes another extra full bathroom and a laundry closet. This is a quiet family oriented development, no smoking allowed inside or outside the townhome and there is no smoking or consuming alcohol on the dock. You are 15 minutes drive from Port Alberni where there is shopping, restaurants, brew pubs and places to walk along the ocean. The Sproat lake area has 2 lakefront restaurants, a fuel dock , kayak/ paddle board rental, liquor store and small convenience store. Our unit is close to Sproat Lake Provincial Park where you can launch your boat and enjoy the beautiful public beach. A vehicle is required to get to Sproat Lake from Port Alberni and 2 parking spot are included at th front door. Cleaning supplies: Unit supplied with basic cleaning supplies to maintain the unit during your stay. Cleaning is not provided during your stay. Only pre and post stay. Guest access Beautiful large shared dock with shade, diving board, deck chairs, benches and picnic table and a designated spot for your private boat. Other things to note This is a quiet family oriented development, no smoking allowed. The dock is common property and other families use it, please no smoking or consuming liquor on the dock. Must respect other owners and keep noise to minimum after 10:00 pm. Some of tenants have pets. Absolutely no parties allowed on our property. We are on a septic system please flush only toilet paper and what nature provides. Pets are not permitted. 2 vehicle parking only. This is our personal vacation home, when we don't use it we rent it out. Please be respectful to our property and treat it like your own. Kids kayaks, toys and beach towels provided.
