Villa Petreas blends elegance and modernity with a touch of mid-century charm. ✔ 3 living rooms (1 TV room, 1 in the middle of the house, 1 outside and covered divided by sliding glass doors, which you can open any time to make a bigger living room and feel the fresh Caribbean air) ✔ Each room includes a walking closet, private bathroom ( First floor bathrooms have an outside shower as well), air conditioner, TVs. ✔ TV from the living room is made Smart by a Fire stick / PlayStation 4; TV in main room is also Smart TV. ✔ The pool has an outside shower and a half bathroom in the back of the gazebo. ✔ The gazebo is equipped with a Weber BBQ grill, freezer and sink. ✔ The kitchen is equipped with Kitchen Aid, Samsung, Frigidaire, and Panasonic appliances. ❅ It can sometimes get hot outside, that is why everywhere inside you will find an air conditioner (AC) ✿ Quick fact, it is called Villa Petreas because this is the name of the plant with the beautiful light purple color that you will see next to the pool. If you would like to have them past this time it can be easily arranged. ✘ After 4:50 P.M. a taxi must be paid for each member of the service team. ✘ Only breakfast preparation is included as a cooking service. ✘ Lunch and dinner cooking services are available upon starting from USD 50, which may vary depending on group size. ✘ Cooking services do not include food. Staff can go to the supermarket for you but it would be at your own expense plus a USD 50 fee. ✘ Late checkout will incur in an additional fee. ✘ Babysitting and sleepovers are also possible if required. ✘ We are not liable for any accidents or damages caused by the use of the golf cart. You should be able to show that you and anyone else using the golf cart are insured during your stay and have a valid driver's license. ✘ Casa de Campo’s resort registration fee is not included. This fee is required to register you and your group as guests of the hotel & resort's amenities. Such as: - Access to towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel area pool and Minitas Beach - Tailored concierge service from the Villa Owner Club. They can assist you with restaurant reservations and activity planning during your stay in Casa de Campo. Some of those activities are: - Tee Times at Golf Courses - Wellness Treatments at Casa de Campo Spa - Horseback Riding at the Equestrian Center - Clay Pigeon Shooting at the Shooting Center - Tennis Matches at the Tennis Courts - Workouts at the Fitness Center Remember that this additional fee depends on Casa de Campo’s current fee structure and is at your own expense. ✘ Smoking is only allowed outside in open air. In case inside smoking is detected you will be subject to a fee of USD 900 plus the cost of cleaning it. Same goes to items being damaged by cigarettes, USD 300 fee plus cost of the damaged item. If you do smoke outside, please be mindful of your surroundings and left overs such as cigarette butts. ✘ Each fee paid through the AIRBNB app will incur an additional convenience fee of USD 30. ✘ The staff is not fluent in English but can manage their way around it and French.
