The space Blanc is a family-type house with a maximum capacity of 6 people. It has a beautiful park with oaks that give a beautiful shade in summer, eating under its shade is beautiful, a garden with many flowers. It is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Mar del Plata (Bosque Peralta Ramos Forest Reserve), very close to the southern beaches, you can walk to and from the beach, and 20 minutes from downtown. The house has 3 cable TVs, wifi and free parking. Full integrated kitchen, dishwasher, grill, stove. Loungers in the pool and the park. All rooms have an excellent view of the park. It is not suitable for parties and we try to respect the neighbors' sleep schedules. Monica, the owner, lives on the same property in a different part of what is rented, there are two dogs. Athea and Frida are very sociable and loving. Guest access You will have access to the entire park, pool and the entire house, except for the quincho and the second floor apartment. Other things to note Monica, the owner of the house, also lives on the property. She has her apartment on the top floor, which is completely independent from the part that is rented. She is very nice and takes care of the maintenance of the place and is available to guests for whatever they need. She has two dogs, Athea and Frida, who are very loving and sociable.
