Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment, including all three bedrooms, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the pantry, the laundry area with washing machine and sink, and the bathroom. The apartment also features a Smart TV with Netflix and fast internet. Access to the garage with 1 parking space (if you need more spaces, we can check availability). Guests can enter and exit at any time using their keys and controls. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: We always ask that you be careful not to wear shoes when entering our house, so as not to bring in dirt from the street. Our quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking or parties. Only the people on the reservation can stay in the apartment. If you are going to receive a visitor, we need to be informed in advance. PARKING: We provide 1 parking space in our building. If you need more spaces, we can check availability. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: We will welcome you personally for check-in, and your check-out will probably be done by yourself.
