HIGH-STANDARD (1) one-bedroom APARTMENT located in Vila Olímpia, 800 meters from Shopping JK, a safe neighborhood, being one of the main financial centers of the city. It has a diverse network of bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony with a spectacular view of Juscelino Kubitschek Avenue. The space has modern decor and is planned for your comfort, with an equipped kitchen, top-quality bed and bath linens, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The space 52 sq. meter apartment with everything the guest needs for an unforgettable stay. *Bedroom: Guests can choose between a double bed or two single beds (see photos). When booking the apartment, guests must inform which they prefer. ATTENTION: The apartment has ONE (1) bedroom that can have a double bed or two single beds, and in the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed. *The bedroom has a large closet, television and air conditioning (hot and cold). *Bedroom bathroom: The bathroom has a thermal towel rack, in the closet there is a hairdryer and iron. *In the living room: TV with several channels available, air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed and home office space. *Dining Room: Balcony with spectacular view, dining table, china cabinet with a variety of glasses, comfortable chair to enjoy the view and floor lamp. *Kitchen with countertop: Household utensils, induction stove, electric oven, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, water filter, dishes, glasses, cups, food holder, pots, meat tenderizer and placemats. *Laundry: vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, cleaning product, washer and dryer, bucket, clothesline, ironing board and a small sink. Note: The living room has blinds, but no blackout blinds. I provide a change of bath and bed linens for stays longer than 7 nights. Guest access The apartment is close to two Shopping Centers (JK and Vila Olímpia), and guests can walk. In the neighborhood, there are several places to rent bicycles. In the building, the guest can park a car in the apartment's parking space. The parking spaces are not marked and the guest can park in the 3rd or 4th basement level. Other things to note * Guests must also send a photo ID (ID, CPF or passport) to be granted access to the building. As the glass balcony doors do not have BLACKOUT, the guest who sleeps on the sofa bed will have light at dawn. I provide extra bed and bath linens for stays above 7 nights.
