This is a 1200 square foot place with breathtaking river views, just minutes from Serene Lakes, Donner Lake, and ski resorts such as Royal Gorge, Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch, and Boreal. Views of the outdoors and nature that will make you feel like you're far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is conveniently located off the Soda Springs Exit. There is a lock box on the center door where you can pick up the keys. Please park your vehicle in front of that door. The code is provided when you complete your reservation. I will likely not be around, but you may call me on the number provided when you complete your reservation. Your accommodations include a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots & pans, glasses, cups, utensils, a wood burning stove (wood not provided), and Smart TV with many streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc..... This is a "bring up your own sheets, towels, and toiletries" type of place which keeps the cleaning fee so low. There is one full-size bed in the bedroom, one queen-size futon in the living room, and two additional full-size futons in the living room. Prior to your arrival, the unit will be clean and supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. Comforters and pillows are provided but guests must bring their own towels and sheets (pillowcases, flat sheets, and fitted sheets). This keeps our cleaning costs low as we will not have to do laundry and you enjoy comfort and cleanliness of your own sheets and towels. Check-In: We cannot guarantee check-in prior to 4:00 pm as the unit may have been occupied the previous day. Early check-in can be arranged, but not guaranteed.
