Beautiful modern penthouse villa located at Villas del Mar Beach Resort with views to the ocean from almost every angle. Conveniently located just 30 min. from San Juan International Airport. With two swimming pools, jacuzzi and beach access among other amenities. Our beach is an small beach but enjoyable with private access and usually used only for residents and guest of our complex. A great place to relax and to enjoy your vacation. The space This Beach Resort is just 30 minutes away from San Juan International Airport (SJU). There are a few Golf Courses just a few minutes away from the apartment, Bahia Beach, Westin Rio Mar, Trump International Golf Course, home of PGA's PR Open, El Conquistador Golf Course. Driving for 15 minutes you will find El Yunque National Rainforest and Hacienda Carabali that offers horse back riding, zip lining, ATV and Go Kart rides. We are also located only 30 minutes from the Bio-luminescent Bay in Las Croabas, Fajardo for an amazing kayaking tour experience at night. Also in Fajardo you can board a catamaran for a daytrip island hoping to Icacos, Palomino, Palominito or take the ferry to the islands of Vieques and Culebra (Flamenco Beach). Our Beach Resort is just minutes from major retail stores like Super Walmart, Marshalls, Walgreens, Ralph's Supermarket, The Outlet Mall on Route 66, Los Colobos Mall with K-Mart, Home Depot, etc.and a wide variety of restaurants and fast food places. Guest access Our guests would have complete access to the penthouse villa, private rooftop and BBQ area as well as all of the complex amenities: Two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts (tennis racquets are provided), gym, basketball court, gazebo areas and, of course, the beach. Other things to note This penthouse villa is located on the fourth floor of the “I” building, one of the closest to the beach.
