Description
Large apartment, has a living room, dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms. It is a vacation property, so there is a swimming pool, a living room and a common area for family recreation; in addition to an exclusive view from the inside, as well as in the corridors and common areas. The space *At the moment the pool area has the following restrictions for everyone's safety: the capacity of the furniture (beds, tables) has been reduced. You can only bathe*. Guests must wear face masks in common areas (elevator, hallways). A very important point regarding additional cleaning measures. Due to the coronavirus, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations: faucets, door and window handles, switches, etc. Another very important and necessary point is to wait 24 hours after the end of a stay to enter the next one and thus have time to disinfect and be able to offer the guest greater confidence. It should be noted and remembered again that check-out is at 12 noon so that the objective can be met. The apartment is on the fourth floor, but there are four elevators in the condominium. Three comfortable bedrooms with quality mattresses for a good rest. Each has a mini split A/C. The kitchenette has a stove and is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, and basic cooking utensils. The master bedrooms have Smart TV so you can use your Netflix account (includes Wi-Fi) you can watch only national channels. I provide towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. There is a mini supermarket that can be accessed from inside the condo. There is also an Oxxo in the condo, but it is accessed from outside. Paid gym in the condo. Access is from outside. Important: * It does not have its own parking lot, but there is a public parking lot exactly on one side (it is not the condominium's own, they charge 100 pesos per day but it has opening hours 7 am and closing 10 pm. Sundays 7 am to 2 pm. The car should be parked before closing. Another option: around the building (as shown in the photos) there are non-exclusive parking spaces. In fact, there are surveillance cameras looking at these spaces, you can check it on the reception monitors. Many condominium owners leave their cars outside. *During this post-pandemic control time, the maximum number of guests will be 6 people. Children count. When registering in the condominium, they give them a bracelet which costs $30.00 per person from the age of 12. (This is charged by the condominium and paid by the guest) to control the entry and exit of people. *Local residents live in the condominium, so parties and excessive noise are prohibited. *The towels I offer are for hygiene use inside the apartment. Please bring towels for the beach and pool (the condo does not have a towel service). *No pets allowed. * Check-in is after 2:00 P.M. And check-out is at 12 noon. * There is no daily cleaning. The one-time payment made by guests is for cleaning and laundry of all whites as the guest leaves. However, I leave basic cleaning supplies within reach. There is optional cleaning during the stay with an extra cost: 150 pesos per day, includes sweeping, mopping, bathroom and bed arrangement (no sheets or towels are changed). It does not include kitchen cleaning, if you want it, it would be 50 pesos more. Payment is made directly to the cleaning girl and upon confirmation.
