Our apartment is located in the Paraíso do Atlântico Residence Club Condominium, which is a point of reference throughout João Pessoa due to its great organization and resort infrastructure! There are 4 air-conditioned rooms and 3 bathrooms. We also have a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate those who come in larger groups. Or if you prefer, we have extra mattresses for the bedrooms. In this way, we can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10 people. Our living room is air-conditioned and integrated with the balcony and kitchen, a perfect place to interact with the family while preparing meals. Our kitchen is complete with everything you need for those who like to cook. We have smart TVs in the living room and in two bedrooms Wi-Fi. Our apartment has a protective screen on the balconies, a portable crib, a baby bath and beach buckets. No decoration accessible to young children. This makes our space super safe and comfortable for traveling with kids! We offer private parking for 2 cars and easy parking on the side street. Everything is perfect for a family vacation! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all common infrastructure of the condominium that looks more like a resort with several swimming pools, kids space, game room, fitness center, Jacuzzi, saunas, women's space, etc., as well as a super useful ice machine to supply the coolers when going to the pool. As for having a cooler... our guest doesn't have to worry, we'll lend you ours! The condominium has umbrellas and beach chairs for guests. The most incredible thing of all is that we have direct access to the beach, whose sea is spectacular: clear, calm and warm waters... A real saltwater pool ideal for children. That's our Paradise! Other things to note The sea in front of the condominium changes a lot according to the tide table. When the tide is very low, it is possible to walk about 300 meters into the sea with water up to the knees. When the tide is very high, it is possible to dive between the waves. In the meantime, you'll have a super quiet sea bath that will make you feel like you're in a warm-water salt pond, and you can even float! Delicious! It makes you want to spend hours there!
