It has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, gas BBQ grill and a beautiful unobstructed view of Kachemak Bay, Coal Bay, the Spit and the Kenai Mountains! The space ***We are NOT your typical vacation rental! Leave the cleaning to us! We request that guests do NOT strip our beds or wash any of our linens. If you have quite a few dirty dishes, starting a load would be very much appreciated but not required. Don't be surprised if you hear their rooster or see their large dogs. The property to the right is vacant, making for a pretty quiet location! THE OWNERS OF THE COTTAGE ASK THAT THE FIREPLACE NOT BE USED. The cottage has a 3 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. There is NO daily maid service. Other things to note There is no beach access from this property. There is public access about 1/2 mile away (heading towards the spit) or multiple access points on the spit.
