Guest access All facilities are private and for the exclusive use of guests. Private swimming pool Private garage for 3 small cars or 2 SUVs. As the owners also use the house, only two wardrobes are locked with personal items. Guests also have a wardrobe for their use in the bedrooms. Bedrooms are on the upper floor; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. Other things to note 1- We do not allow parties and events of any kind. 2- People who are not guests are not allowed inside; 3- If guests other than those listed in the RESERVATION are identified, we may request that the house be vacated. 4- It is necessary to respect the check-in and check-out times; 5- Noise and music are prohibited after 10 p.m. Avoid loud noises at any time during the day. 6- Smoking is prohibited inside the house; 7- Turn off the air-conditioning when leaving the room. 8- The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or the goods that furnish it, and must restore them or reimburse the owner. 9- Jet ski prohibited in the garage.
