Combining Polynesian charm, modernity and chic, this 120 m2 architectural villa (including 50 m2 of terrace!) is nestled in the heart of lush vegetation in an exclusive high-end residence. The space Perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape, this villa, built of exotic woods and natural stones, is resolutely in harmony with nature. As proof, all rooms have direct access to the terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy a breathtaking lagoon/ocean/mountain view. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped for optimal functionality. Namely, it consists of: - a kitchen with a central island and open to the living room, including: .an oven, .a microwave, a refrigerator, .a dishwasher; - a lounge area including: .a DVD player, .DVDs available, .a NETFLIX account, .a BLUETOOTH speaker; - two air-conditioned bedrooms: .the first with a double bed, .the second with two single beds with the possibility of converting them into a "king-size" bed; - a bathroom equipped with a spacious shower; - a separate toilet; - and a functional laundry room. The rental also includes free and unlimited access to the residence's swimming pool, tennis court, as well as the gym (the villa has rackets, tennis balls, masks and snorkels for this purpose).
