The building is gated and has 24 hour guard personnel. It's located very close to one of the widest and best beaches in Mazatlan, great for walking. The unit includes wi-fi access, fully equipped with gas stove and oven, microwave oven, spacious fridge, blender perfect for margaritas and a coffee maker to start your morning. If you prefer to skip the kitchen, local restaurants, bars and well stocked convenience stores are always near by. The space Comfortable furnishings include, new sofa bed, new dinning set, balcony breakfast area and a 42 inch flat screen TV in the living room to entertain the kids. Relax in the Master bedroom where you will find one queen bed, with vast closet space and hangers, a very spacious floating shelf and a mirror to accommodate a couple getting ready for a night out. In the guest bedroom, you will find two twin beds that can be put together as a king size upon request.
