This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May. The space The bedroom and its full bathroom are private with the bathroom located inside the bedroom unit.There is a queen bed, mini fridge located inside the room. Plenty of natural light during the day from the windows and curtains for privacy. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided at no additional cost. $15 for early self check in anytime after 2:00 PM. $10 for late check out anytime before 11:30 AM.
