***IMPORTANT*** PLEASE READ ALL SECTIONS BELOW Located on a small rise just off the Liguanea Plain, this beautiful property is set in an elevated position with a stunning view. It affords you the perfect spot for business, pleasure or simply relaxation. Spend an unforgettable holiday in Kingston within the quiet confines of this location whilst being able access the Business District, nightlife and/or touristic activities within 10-15 minutes. The space This apartment is located on the pool floor and guests booked in this apartment occupy the entire floor. The space is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living, dining, full kitchen, patio and pool. The living and dining room looks out on the patio with a view of the majestic Blue Mountains. Rise and have coffee with the sun on your face or have candlelit dinner overlooking the city. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with a stove/ oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The apt is NOT shared and can accommodate up to 6 persons. A/C is only in the bedroom. However, the apt is located on a small rise above the Liguanea Plains and is therefore typically cool even during summer months. Fans are also placed in the bedroom and living room which circulate cool air from the ac. On booking guests will receive 1 bedroom, 1 king bed (or 2 twins, you decide). If your group includes 3 or more, there is an additional room that will be given to guests. Should your party include 5 or more, then we'll add 1 or 2 bunk beds to accommodate the number of booked guests. NOTE: The bunk beds are only prepared for groups of 5 or more or parents with children ages 2 and over who wish to have the children in the same room. Also king bed is the default option. If you require 2 twin beds instead of a king, please mention to Host BEFORE the day of check-in. If only 2 guests wish to access both bedrooms, you will still need to select 3 guests and send a message indicating this is the case. Guest access There are 4 individual units on the property that are in the same building, all with their own private access. In addition to a fully furnished 1 bedroom, guests have to: - the backyard - the pool and sun deck - 1 parking space ONLY. The remaining spaces are for other guests. Additional parking can be had street side (just outside the gates). Other things to note - Each guest after 2 attracts a cost - Early check-in from 7am is USD$40 and from 11am it's USD$25 per room - A complimentary linen change is given for stays more than 7 days. Otherwise, a set of sheets is for US$30 and towels $10 - There is 1 flights of stairs down from the driveway - The pool is cold and jacuzzi isn't operational - Hot water in shower only - Laundry services are paid, US$20 to wash and US$20 to dry per load each. You can also hang dry at no cost. Laundry service must be scheduled prior to use and only if the machines are available. - Kindly turn off the fan, a/c, lights and TV when not in use or leaving Thank you!
