Bedroom #2 is equipped with a cherry Thomasville queen size sleigh bed, chest of drawers, split AC unit, and closet. Bedroom #3 is equipped with an Ethan Allen rice bed n chest of drawers and closet. Bedroom #4 is smaller, equipped with bunk beds n chest of drawers with a twin on the top and full size bed on the bottom, perfect for the kids. We have well appointed, spacious, and very private balconies sporting arguably the best views on the resort which are equipped with butter cup yellow/white stripe awnings, patio umbrella, patio furniture, chaise lounges, and adirondack chairs. The Penthouse has two (2) Private parking slots in the basement garage which are EXCLUSIVELY for our guests with easy access via elevator to the Penthouse level above. This allows our guests to conveniently off-load luggage and park two vehicles or a golf cart and vehicle during the stay. Penthouse living has its privileges which is not limited to the views. There is a swimming pool JUST STEPS from the Penthouse which provides our guests easy and immediate access to the pool. All you have to do is dawn your bathing suits and jump in. The pool sports spectacular open ocean views of the Caribbean and Spanish Virgin Islands (Vieques and Culebra) and is rarely used. Guest access As our guest you will have complete access of our beautiful property with spacious front and back balconies. Because it is a Penthouse you will enjoy complete privacy while taking in our spectacular ocean and golf course views. You will have quick access to our pool on the Penthouse level just steps away from the property which is quiet and private which makes your experience the more pleasurable. At an additional cost of $15/adult and $12/child per day we can accommodate those guests interested in going to the Beach Club.
