The space The apartment consists of 3 huge rooms with 3 bathrooms, total independence, all areas of the house are very large and with the high strut, it makes it even more majestic. It is on the 1st floor and at the end is a building with a ground floor and the upper floor where we are, that is, it has total independence. We have a lady who takes care of the guests, attentive to all the details so that they have a pleasant and unforgettable stay. Guest access The Wi-Fi Internet service is via a rechargeable SIM card, it has 7GB included, if you use it up we can recharge it for a fee according to the phone company's prices. Laundry service is offered to arrange payment with the lady. Everything belongs to the person who rents the entire apartment. We do not live in it. In the morning, a lady named Araceli takes care of the cleaning. She is attentive to all the details, assisting the guest with whatever they need, all so that they have a pleasant and unforgettable stay. In the apartment we give guests complete independence. They would only call us if they have difficulty. Otherwise, as soon as they arrive at the accommodation they can make their plans with complete independence. Other things to note The apartment is on the 1st floor, with comfortable stairs to climb, and there are only two apartments that use that staircase, which makes it very safe and independent. The most important thing about the apartment is that it is located in the center, you can walk to all the tourist places, around the Central Park there are 5 hotels, the tourist life of that area is unique and the apartment is only 100 meters from there. For your safety, only people on the reservation can enter the apartment or building. If you wish, you can add people by registering them according to Cuba's rental rules. The stay inside the apartment of people who are not guests or hosts is prohibited by Cuban laws, subject to a fine and penalty to the owner of the house. You must be respectful of the tranquility of the building's neighbors, so it is not allowed to make noise, commit antisocial acts or other manifestations contrary to the rules of good behavior and education. If you commit or participate in any illegal action, drug use or trafficking, or other activity against our country, you will be immediately removed from the accommodation and reported to the Cuban authorities. It is not allowed to remove from the apartment any item or object, except those that are arranged for it and are previously delivered to you by us.
