Spacious private bedroom in Hamilton Heights

I'd love to welcome you to my modern and clean 1-bedroom apartment in Hamilton Heights. Guests will have the bedroom to themselves, which includes an en suite bathroom. This is the only bathroom in the apartment, so it is shared. However, I'll only use this bathroom for showering once/day as there is another bathroom in the building, so the room is indeed private. The space While the pictures include images of a TV and living room, this is where I will be staying when I'm home. You are welcome to use this shared space when I'm not home. During your stay I'm a friendly host and always happy to chat and make recommendations, but I'm often working on something (my dissertation, etc.), so I tend overall to keep to myself if I'm home.
