Private room w/comfy dbl bed & bath in "the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta" has sunny jungle view, 10 min walk to beach, 5 min bus ride to town. Quiet. AWESOME OCEAN VIEW, charming terrace Buses every 10 min, 50 cents, 8 min walk down a very STEEP hill. Returning take Uber ($3-4) or taxi or get a 10 min uphill workout. Self-catered (make-it-yourself) breakfast provided. Otherwise no kitchen privileges. The space pWhat makes my listing you-nique....besides the fact that YOU would be staying here...is me...(also, the fabulous ocean view!) The main picture here is one I took from my terrace - that's your ocean view! My hospitality, knowledge of Vallarta after living here over 10 years, my truly enjoying meeting new, interesting people (fellow travelers), a wide array of interests (SOME are loving good food and cooking, music, film, reading, world travel, and thoughtful, intelligent conversation). The view here is truly wonderful, and the space is light and airy. One friend, when she gets stressed in New York and needs to take a mental trip to a good space, puts herself on my terrace with the ocean view! PS. The photo of the beach will be YOUR beach if you stay here - it's a 12 minute walk down the hill and then along "Calle Easy." (Easy Street. Seriously....) Guest access You will have your own room, 1 double bed with a good firm mattress that has a very comfortable foam eggcrate topper. Everyone says they sleep well on it. 4 pillows, including 2 good down pillows, and if you're allergic, there are hypoallergenic pillows, too. The eastern view of jungle, palm trees and fuscia colored bougainvillea dripping off trees is so pretty! Morning sunlight. I love sleeping in that room myself! Your own bathroom with shower. And hey, don't bother lugging a hairdryer. There's one in your bathroom. During your stay I love meeting new people, sharing a glass of wine or a coffee or food. I am glad to offer a ride into town if I am headed that way (assuming my jalopy is running, LOL). However, if you are someone who needs quiet space and alone time, that is perfectly ok & I respect your privacy. I totally get it that different people have different needs. When my introvert friends need to "go inside" and go home alone and chill....I understand that that's all about the way THEY are built, and not a personal affront to me. Live and let live! I just try to 'go with the flow....' Que sera sera. It is what it is. And that's enough cliches for now! : ) Other things to note It's QUIET here. Free calls to the USA & Canada. Free wi-fi. Good coffee. My street is the PRETTIEST STREET in Puerto Vallarta!
