The Manor Arrow room

Not wheelchair accessible. A well maintained medium locked bedroom with a queen size bed desk and excellent internet for a very reasonable rate. Located on the upper level of a private well air conditioned home in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the Trans Canada Highway, it's a great place to stop and rest on your travels, freshen up, kick back on the patio and relax if you like. A reusable Kuereg pod and complimentary fresh ground coffee are available. Note: damage levy of up to $200 The space Note: Cat on premises. Pets a problem for longer stays. Each booking gets its own security code. All rooms have locks. In addition to your bedroom/bathroom space, you have access to the entire property except my private suite. You are welcome to relax and enjoy some time by a fire on the covered patio or dine El Fresco if the weather permits. There are even e-bikes available to rent if you wish to explore our city's extensive trail system, parks and natural areas. We are also close to public transport, shopping malls and fine restaurants. A clean, warm, economical residence, to rest and relax before you continue on your journey. We are within a short distance of the Trans Canada Highway. Taxi’s or shuttle services are available. Guest access Guests will have full access to the Kitchen, if desired. Guests also have full access to recreational amenities, living and dining rooms. The upstairs bathroom is shared between guests. Feel free to use the burr grinder to make your favourite cup of coffee in the morning along with your perfect breakfast. During your stay It's great to meet new people from various places and I don't mind sharing my space with people who appreciate that.  Airbnb offers hosts and guests the opportunity to help each other out with a little give and take to aleviate the burden of excessive accommodation costs.  So . . . with that in mind, Me casa es su casa :-)  No doubt your parents taught you how to be a good guest.  I welcome easy conversation and respect your privacy during your visit.  If you require special needs prior to arrival, please advise and I will do my best to accommodate if it's possible :-) Note that some facilities are shared.  It's up to you to interact respectfully with other guests and myself,  share the space appropriately and respect house rules.  I won't police disputes between guests.  I also don't want to feel like a guest in my own home. Those who do not respect house rules, especially quiet time will be asked to leave. Other things to note There is a large driveway and plenty of on-street parking. It's expected that guests will have their own  personal hygiene products. In the event that a guest has forgotten their's, they can be provided upon request. Bon voyage and travel safely!
