A very private entrance behind 6 apple trees (and a cherry tree too) will welcome you to your own fully equipped home away from home. Sporting a full kitchen, bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom the suite is very clean and spacious (approx 800 sq ft). Family friendly as well as convenient for out-of-town workers looking for a longer stay or those visiting the hospital only 2 blocks away. The Urban Orchard The space This basement suite has many windows which allows for ample natural light throughout the suite. Blackout curtains are in place to block out the light should anyone need sleep during daylight hours. The house is heated by hot water so there’s 6” of concrete between the two floors and little noise transfer. The house location is extremely close to many amenities: grocery, movie theatre, fine dining, fast food, pizza, drug store, banks, farmers markets, department stores, liquor stores, the hospital, etc. We have very fast Telus PureFibre internet. Guest access You will have full access to the basement suite and the yard (which is on 3 city lots). There is a barbecue that you can use by request. Other things to note We have 3 small children who play lots outside, so the gate to enter/leave the yard will need to remain closed at all times.
