Our one bedroom villa has views of Flamingo Lake. It sits on a rise between the lake and a private marina opening out to the ocean on the south side of Providenciales. A five minutes drive and you can be on GRACE BAY BEACH. These 6 stand-alone villas are set in tropical gardens with a shaded gazebo and pool. Such a great spot for nature lovers with birds, local flora and fauna to enjoy. BONE FISHING in the lakes close by. SCUBA DIVING companies moor their boats in our private Marina. The space A spacious lakeview villa that offers an open LIVING ROOM with a queen sofa bed, couches, flat screened TV, dining table and chairs and all with views of the lake. Air conditioning throughout the villa, a BEDROOM which has a comfortable king-sized bed, a BATHROOM with a walk in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Each villa has a PRIVATE PATIO with table and chairs for that morning coffee with views over the lake. The POOL and TIKI HUT is a shared area with a barbecue/grill. Wander down to our MARINA to enjoy island sunsets with a cocktail or over to Bob's Bar. We have two single kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach umbrella plus lots of pocket novels as well as local books with island information and history for our guests to use. You can rent one villa or rent all of them and enjoy easy access to scuba diving, bone fishing and kayaking. Your hosts live on site and have 25 years of Provo island living and stories to tell as well as being available to make suggestions and recommendations. BEACHES: Grace Bay beach, snorkeling at the Bight Reef or Smith's Reef which are both right off shore, are a five-minute drive from our villas. BONEFISHING in the lake is just a few steps from the villa doors and there’s a beautiful ocean flat close by. Just wade out in the lake and be fishing in minutes. DIY or guided bone fishing available. SCUBA DIVING boats leave our marina every day for the dive sites at West Caicos and French Cay. Divers have a short, easy walk to the dive boats in the mornings. Just grab a coffee and you can walk down to the boats and be ready to go. The IGA grocery store is just minutes away and everything else such as shopping, golf course, airport and restaurants are between five and ten minutes drive of the villas. Bob's Bar and Eats is right next door, just walk over for terrific sunsets, delicious food and try a local Turk's Head beer Guest access Guests can enjoy our shared pool and gazebo with a barbecue/grill. Wander down to our marina to enjoy the sunset or over to Bob's Bar. Take a walk up Jim Hill where the view is spectacular overlooking the marina and ocean. We have complimentary kayaks for exploring the tidal coves and beaches outside the marina channel. Other things to note Grace Bay beach is a short 5 minute drive from our villas. You can snorkel at the Bight Reef or Smith's Reef which are both right off shore. Bob's Bar and Eats is right next door, just walk over for terrific sunsets, delicious food, try a local Turk's Head beer, entertainment on Wednesday nights with locals and visitors all joining in. Such a fun night!
