The space This house is a cozy barndominium with an open concept and lots of windows for viewing nature. Beautiful kitchen fully stocked with dishes, bakeware, cookware, coffeemaker, double oven, gas range, and all new appliances. Large pantry for storing food also holds the microwave. We do recommend bringing in drinking water for your preference as this house is on well water. A small supply will be available for you upon arrival. The house sleeps 4 people. The master bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed, TV, and closet. There is an upstairs loft with ladder access, perfect for children or adults. This space is a private bedroom with a door and has low ceilings 4 feet tall. It has 2 twin beds and a tv. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub and shower, vanity with drawer space, hair dryer, and plenty of towels. The comfy living area features a large sectional sofa, storage coffee table, sitting or reading area, and large family table perfect for games or puzzles. The large outdoor patio wraps around the house. Plenty of space for outdoor games. Grill for cooking out and picnic table. Also chairs for watching the sun set. New hot tub now available. Large gravel area for parking can hold several cars. Other things to note This is a great destination spot while visiting any local attractions in Abilene or surrounding areas. Abilene is approximately 20 min away. Whether you are visiting one of Abilene’s 3 Universities, attending an event at Taylor County Expo Center, or the West Texas Fair and Rodeo it’s a short drive to this unique remote and beautiful ranch. However, if you would like to stay closer, you’ll have access to Lowe’s grocery store, Dollar General, Subway and other local restaurants and coffee shops in Tuscola. Also, Bowie’s gas station and convenience store is north on highway 84. Perini Ranch Steakhouse is located in historic Buffalo Gap. Reservations highly recommended.
