This house only conforms to 2 adults max and up to 3 children. Please respect this new bylaw before booking. The space Original hard wood floors in living room Comfortable back yard for bbqs and fires and soaking in the hot tub. Clean and cozy house to explore all Drumheller's unique adventures. One queen bed in its own bedroom, queen pull out bed, and a chair that coverts to a single bed in the living room. The pull out couch is as comfortable as you can expect from a pull out couch. The convertible chair is only advised for youth and people who can sleep anywhere. Guest access Enjoy the whole house and yard. Watch a movie or shows on your Netflix in the air conditioned comfort. Other things to note We’ve listened to people’s concerns with Airbnb. No more cleaning fees, late check out is always an option, just ask. Simple check out, clean dishes, make it obvious what linens have been used and need to be washed. That’s it! Now cable tv and high speed internet. “Breakfast” provided consists of complimentary juice and coffee. Note: Netflix has blocked account sharing, so you will may need an account to view on the tv. As of June 1, 2018 pets will no longer be allowed due to allergies and a few irresponsible pet owners. The garage “man cave” with some pictures in the listing is now included for those wanting more space and an extra bathroom. Please check picture captions. As of late June 2024, street parking is no longer free from 9am-9pm and the Town is not offering guest passes at this time. There is a small parking spot in the rear of this property for free. There is also free street parking on the next street one house over.
